About the Week

Arizona Cocktail Week is seen as the premiere cocktail event of the Southwest, celebrating cocktail culture and fine spirits through fun, interactive events, educational seminars and tastings, competitions and cocktail dinners throughout the state of Arizona.

Few Highlights!

We are bringing back the Cocktail Carnival which features dozens of liquor brands, creative cocktails galore (Bottled cocktails?  Boozy cotton candy? Free swag and t-shirts?) – the best way to see and taste some of the most creative cocktails in one place.  An event you don’t want to miss.

NEW! Educational Seminars. We have some of the top brand ambassadors in the world that are here to share some of their knowledge and skills ranging from whiskey tastings to blending sessions to how to make great cocktails at home for the at-home connoisseur. We will be including both Marquee seminars geared towards larger audiences up to 100+ people.  We will also be having Micro seminars that are geared towards smaller groups of 25 people that will allow for a more interactive personal experience.Check our seminar schedule for up-to-date news on programming.

Top Bars was an enormous success last year, and won the New Times Best of Phoenix award “Best Cocktail Event” for 2015. Why travel to all of these cities when you can experience a little taste of them right here.

NEW!  A Buyers Program and Invitational.  If you are a Buyer, you can apply for a Buyer’s pass that will get you into most of our events. Click here for more information.

NEW! Bartender Swap Meet.  If you are a bartender that makes your own homemade tonic, shrub, syrup, soda, preserves, bitters or even your own barware, you can swap and exchange ideas at the Bartenders Swap Meet.  This is part of the Artisanal Spirit Cocktail Market.  Click here for more information.

NEW! Cocktailgating FestivalThe Sands parking lot at the Hotel Valley Ho has always been a popular destination for our guests, participants, sponsors to congregate between seminars and events.  For 2016, we are taking over the entire parking lot and providing a full day’s experience of sampling, demo’s, games and fun.

Our partnered charity, C-CAP (Careers through the Culinary Arts Program), will have a much bigger footprint as we integrate more student volunteers.  We raised over $6000 at the Storytelling Dinner for the organization last year and hope to keep the momentum going for such a great cause.

Get your tickets early! We are sure to sell out on our seminars and most popular events! And, as always, if you are a USBG member, you can apply for a USBG pass that gets you access into most events or at a very discounted rate.

Thank you and if you have any questions whatsoever, please feel free to send us an email!

Cheers and see you in February!
