Don Lee

Don Lee is a Southern California expatriate now residing in New York City. A software engineer/systems administrator by trade and documentary photographer by schooling, he is now pursuing his passion for food and cocktails. He was the opening Beverage Director of PDT (Please Don’t tell) and started the hard spirits and cocktail program for the Momofuku restaurant group. He has won and placed in several national and international cocktail over the year. Don is also a Bar Ready graduate of the prestigious Beverage Alcohol Resource (BAR) program and an internationally renown spirits educator. His latest project is a joint venture with CocktailKingdom.com where he designs and prototypes new professional bar tools.
